in Morrisville, VT, the Village Victorian has earned Green Hotels
certification for their environmental conservation and sustainable
business practices. Owners Philip and Ellen are committed to an
extensive recycling program and bulk purchase of paper products,
reducing waste all around. All grounds fertilizers are organic
and energy efficiency is monitored. Bleach in the laundry has
been replaced by environmentally preferable detergents and low-flow
showerheads are installed in all the bathrooms. Being Green has
been a way of life for the Village Victorian B&B.

Lang House exceeds environmental initiatives using eco-friendly
